Who this policy covers

This policy explains how information is handled when you visit Thervalon at Thervalon.online. It covers the pages themselves, the contact options and the external services the pages load. It is written to match what the site’s code actually does.

What Thervalon’s own pages store

Nothing. Thervalon’s own pages do not set cookies, do not write to your browser’s storage, do not ask for personal details and do not keep any record of which experiences you open or how long you play.

Contacting us

The form on the Contact page does not transmit anything. Pressing its button opens a new email in your own mail application, pre-filled with what you typed, and you decide whether to send it.

If you do email [email protected], we receive your email address, your message and anything else you choose to include. We use this only to read and reply to your message, and we keep it only for as long as the conversation needs. We do not add you to any mailing list.

External services the pages use

Some parts of the pages are delivered by other companies. When your browser contacts them it naturally shares technical details such as your IP address, browser type and the page making the request. These providers handle that information under their own privacy policies.

  • Fonts: typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com).
  • Game artwork: the images for each experience are loaded from the external servers where that artwork is hosted.
  • Game experiences: when you press Play Experience, the game is loaded from the game studio’s servers (Play’n GO) inside an embedded viewer. The studio may use its own cookies or browser storage within that viewer to run the game. Nothing is loaded from the studio until you open an experience.

Hosting and server logs

Like any page on the internet, Thervalon is delivered by a web server. The hosting provider may automatically record standard technical request logs, such as IP address, date and time, and the address requested, to keep the service secure and working. These logs are not used to identify or profile visitors.

Your choices

  • Block or limit third-party cookies in your browser settings; the pages will still work, though some games may behave differently.
  • Choose not to open a game, in which case the studio’s servers are never contacted.
  • Ask us about any email you have sent us, or request that we delete it, by writing to the address below.

Updates to this policy

If the way the pages handle information changes, this policy will be updated at the same time and the revision date at the top will change with it.
