About these terms

These terms describe how you may use Thervalon, the collection of pages found at Thervalon.online and the game experiences shown on them. By opening and using the pages you agree to follow these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, please close the site and stop using it.

Use of the service

Thervalon provides browser-based digital entertainment for personal, casual use. You may browse the pages, read the content and open the available experiences for your own enjoyment. You may not resell, rebroadcast or commercially exploit any part of the service, and you may not present it as your own.

Nothing needs to be installed and no personal details are requested in order to use the service. Each experience is opened individually and runs inside its own viewer.

Eligibility

Access is permitted only to users who are legally eligible to participate. It is your responsibility to make sure that opening and using the experiences is lawful where you are. If it is not, you must not use them.

Digital entertainment nature

Every experience on Thervalon is intended purely as entertainment. Points, items, levels, progress indicators and results that appear during play exist only inside the relevant experience. All points and items are intended for entertainment only and have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged, transferred, redeemed or carried outside the experience in any form.

The available experiences do not include in-game purchases and are designed for straightforward digital play.

Acceptable use

When using Thervalon you agree not to:

• interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the pages, the servers that deliver them or the embedded game content;
• use automated tools to scrape, copy or overload the service;
• introduce malicious code or attempt to bypass any technical measure protecting the service;
• use the service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm others.

Intellectual property

The Thervalon name, the abstract T symbol, the page designs, layouts and written content are the property of Thervalon unless stated otherwise. You may share links to any page, but you may not copy, adapt or republish the design or text without written permission.

Third-party game content

The game experiences, together with their artwork, sound and names, are created and owned by an independent game studio and are displayed through an embedded viewer. Those experiences remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to that studio’s own terms. Thervalon does not control how the games work internally and is not the author of their mechanics or content.

Availability

We aim to keep Thervalon available at all times, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access. Pages or individual experiences may be unavailable during maintenance, updates or events outside our control. We may also add, change or remove experiences from the collection at any time without notice.

External technical dependencies

Parts of the service rely on external systems, including the game studio’s servers, externally hosted artwork and a web font service. Their performance and availability sit outside our control. A game may fail to load, load slowly or behave differently because of changes on those systems, or because of your own browser, device, extensions or network settings.

Limitation of responsibility

Thervalon is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no guarantees about accuracy, reliability or fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service or any third-party content shown on it. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. When we do, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new revision date. Continuing to use Thervalon after a change means you accept the revised terms.
